Waiver Terms

Please review each section carefully.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that interacting with animals involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, kicks, falls, allergic reactions, and exposure to germs or illness. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of myself and the child(ren) listed below.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the event organizer, participating businesses, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, the facility and its representatives from claims arising from participation in this activity, including claims involving negligence.

2. SAFETY & MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I agree to follow all safety instructions and supervise my child(ren). I understand that handwashing is required after animal contact and before eating. In an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical assistance for myself or my child(ren). I understand that associated medical costs may be my responsibility.

3. PARENT/GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed below, or an adult participant signing on my own behalf. I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
